White reflective surface reduces cooling costs, hot-air welded seams create a watertight bond stronger than the membrane itself, and manufacturer warranties run 15-20 years. We install 60-mil and 80-mil TPO, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation.

Membrane Assessment
Our inspector checks every detail: ponding areas, seam separations, flashing failures, clogged drains, UV degradation, and blistering. Core samples test insulation moisture content. You get photos and an honest assessment.
Detailed Proposal
Your proposal includes membrane type, insulation R-value, drainage design, and warranty coverage. If multiple options make sense, we price all of them so you can compare and choose what fits your budget and goals.
Membrane Installation
Our flat roof crew installs per manufacturer specifications and NRCA guidelines. TPO seams hot-air welded and probe-tested. Modified bitumen torch-applied in two plies. EPDM fully adhered with proper lap adhesive. Tapered insulation installed to create positive drainage.
Warranty & Drainage Test
Final roof inspection with drainage verification. Warranty paperwork provided. We recommend a maintenance plan to keep your flat roof performing and your warranty valid for its full term.
